Day 01: Yangon arrival & sightseeing
Arrive at Yangon International Airport and welcome by Access Cherry
Travels representative and our tour guide. Check in to hotel.
Afternoon tour of Yangon includes Karaweik Hall a Royal barge on the
Royal lake for photo stop. Chaukhtatgyi (Reclining Buddha) Pagoda a
colossal reclining Buddha. Visit to the city centre with the gilded
2500 years Sule Pagoda. And visit colonial style buildings
surrounding Mahabandula Park. Then drive to stroll through a narrow
street of China Town including the short visit to Tao Temple. Then,
shortly before sunset, the 107 meters high golden stupa of Shwedagon
Pagoda will glitter in the soft light of the early evening.

Day 02: Yangon – Bago – Kyaikhtiyo (Golden Rock)
After breakfast at hotel, drive to Kyaikhtiyo and
on the way Bago sightseeing. Visit Kyat Khet Wine Monastery, where a
thousand monks take their last meal of the day at 10:00 am in total
silence, and Kanbawza Thardi Palace built by King Bayinnaung. Then
continue to Kyaikthiyo, one of Myanmar’s landmark, which is famous
for its position and religious importance: Kyaikhtiyo the “Golden
Rock “, huge boulder completely covered by gold leaf and delicately
balanced on the edge of a cliff. To reach the pagoda from Kin Pun a
steep 11km road leads to the upper staging point by trunk. Take a
light trekking on the summit through bamboo forest. Enjoy the sunset
beauty on the hill top and overnight at the hotel in Kyaikhtiyo.
Day 03: Kyaikhtiyo (Golden Rock) – Bago – Yangon
After breakfast at hotel, take a half hour walk to small cave. Also
stop at the roadside shops for rare product of jungle, Midmorning,
drive down to the base camp and return to Yangon. On the way visit
most important sights of this old capital of the Mon People. Visit
to Bago sightseeing : Shwemawdaw Pagoda and Shwethalyaung Pagoda
(the world’s most beautiful reclining Buddha). Then visit to
Handicraft Centre, Hinthargone Pagoda, Cheroot Workshop, Weaving
factory in Mon village, Chinese Temple and Pottery Sheds. Drive back
to Yangon and overnight at hotel in Yangon.
Day 04: Yangon – Thanlyin – Yangon departure
After breakfast at hotel; one hour drive from Yangon, across Myanmar
Long bridge, lie the town of Thanlyin and the ruins of an 18th
century Potuguess church. On an island in the middle of the river of
Kyaikmawwun Pagoda “Yelephaya” (middle stream), set on a tiny island
in the river. Also explore two more pagodas and the riverside
market. Visit to Kyaikkauk Pagoda and Kyauktan local market. In the
late afternoon drive back to Yangon. In the evening transfer to
airport for departure.
